Rates, capacity, schedules, transit estimates, equipment availability, and service requirements remain subject to confirmation. Transportation services are governed by the applicable written agreement, rate confirmation, tariff, and law.

Shipment visibility

Location, ETA, temperature, and status information may come from carriers, drivers, mobile devices, telematics providers, or other third parties. Availability and accuracy can vary by shipment, equipment, signal, and provider. Customers should contact MIK operations when immediate confirmation is required.

Carrier applications

Submitting carrier information does not guarantee approval, setup, or load assignment. MIK may review operating authority, insurance, safety, identity, equipment, documentation, and shipment-specific requirements before tendering freight.

Electronic communications

When you submit a form, you authorize MIK to respond using the contact information provided. If you separately consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use its content in violation of law or another party's rights.
