When you request a freight quote, tracking update, or carrier onboarding review, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, operating authority information, pickup and delivery locations, shipment dates, equipment requirements, and other details you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, evaluate carrier qualifications, coordinate transportation services, communicate shipment information, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers

Our website uses a form-processing provider to deliver requests to our operations email. Information submitted through a form is transmitted to that provider for this purpose. We may also use transportation, communications, tracking, compliance, and technology providers as needed to perform requested services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with carriers, customers, service providers, insurers, or authorities when required to quote, arrange, verify, monitor, or complete transportation services or comply with law.

Text messages

If you separately consent to receive text messages, MIK may send shipment, customer-care, account, or delivery notifications. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. We retain information for legitimate operational, contractual, legal, and compliance purposes.
